Individual Living Options (ILO)

Your home. Your rules. Your life.

ILO is for people that want something different from centred based support. Maybe you want to live with a family member, friend or even just by yourself with the right support around you.

We'll sit down with you and work out what that actually looks like, then help you build it. The outcome is a living arrangement that genuinely fits who you are and what you need.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Living independently doesn't mean doing everything alone.

SIL is about having the right people around you at the right times, so you can give in your own home, build your skills, and get on with your life.

We provide consistent, around the clock support with the everyday stuff; personal care, meals, getting out and about, and building skills that matter to you.

We match participants with support workers who actually get them because a good fit makes all the difference.

Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)

Behaviour is communication; and we are here to listen.

When things feel overwhelming and out of control, it doesn't mean something's wrong. Usually it means something isn't working in your environment, your routine or the support around you.

Our Positive Behaviour Support therapist works with you, your family and your support network to understand what's going on underneath the surface, and to build real, practical strategies that make everyday life feel more manageable.

No judgement, no quick fixes. Just thoughtful, person-led support that actually sticks.

COMMUNITY ACCESS

Life happens outside four walls, and you deserve to be a part of it.

Community Access is about getting out and doing the things that matter to you. Shopping, appointments, catching up with people, exploring something new, we are here to make it happen.

We don't just drive you somewhere and wait in the car. We are genuinely alongside you, supporting you to engage, connect, and build confidence in the world around you.

SUPPORT COORDINATION

Your NDIS Plan shouldn't feel like homework.

Plans can be confusing and providers can be hard to find. The whole system can feel like a lot to navigate on your own.

That's exactly what our Support Coordinators is here for.

We help you make sense of your plan, find the right services, and make sure your funding is actually working for you. We are in your corner, and we keep it plain and simple.

DAILY LIVING SKILLS

The small stuff adds up, and getting on top of It changes everything.

Cooking, budgeting, cleaning, catching the bus, making a phone call; these are everyday skills that give you real independence.

We work with you at your own pace, on the things that matter most to your everyday living. No rushing, no comparing you to anyone else. Just practical, hands on support that builds your confidence one skill at a time.

Employment

A job isn't just income. It's identity, routine, and belonging.

We know the employment system can feel like a maze, especially when you are navigating it with a disability.

We help you figure out what you want, what you are good at, and how to get there. It doesn't matter if you are looking for your first job, or if you are returning to work, or if you just want to try something new.

We will walk alongside you through the whole process without any pressure or unrealistic expectations; just practical support to help you find work that actually suits you.

SOCIAL GROUPS

Connection is one of the most important things in life, and it should be fun!

Our social groups bring people together in real, relaxed settings where everyone belongs. Rather than following a structured program with clipboards and checkboxes, we focus on people genuinely enjoying each other’s company, trying new things, building friendships, and having a laugh.

Whether you are naturally social or find it a bit daunting, we create an environment where you can simply show up, be yourself, and connect with others in a way that feels natural.

SHORT BREAK RESPITE

Everyone needs a break, and that includes the people who love you most.

Short breaks give participants the chance to try something new, meet new people and have their own experience, while also giving families and carers the breathing room they deserve.

It’s not just time away from home. It's real support, in a safe and welcoming environment where you are treated like the person you are. Whether it's a few nights or a couple of weeks, we ensure you are comfortable, supported and having a good time.

Our Short Break homes are located across the Perth metropolitan area and offer small, supportive group stays. All visits are planned and booked in advance, giving families peace of mind knowing their child is comfortable, cared for and surrounded by staff who understand their individual needs.
