Who we are
We are a purpose-driven NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, personalised support to our clients while building a workplace that truly values its people.
Our team includes passionate support workers, support coordinators, and leaders who bring deep experience and dedication to every interaction.
We believe that the best outcomes for participants come from well-supported staff — which is why we prioritise mentoring, collaboration, and a strong team culture.
Unlike many providers, we place experienced service coordinators at the heart of our services to ensure every client receives thoughtful, consistent, and ethical support.
By investing in our team’s wellbeing and growth, we create the conditions for genuine, person-centred care — because when our staff are empowered, the people we support benefit most.

Founder & Service Coordinator
Focus Ability Group is the realization of a dream that began nearly a decade ago, when I first stepped into the disability sector.
While studying Chemical Engineering at Curtin University, I took on a support worker role to earn an income while completing my degree. But what started as a side job quickly became something much more. After three years in that role, it became clear that my true passion wasn’t in engineering — it was in helping people.
Over the past eight years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder , Young Onset Dementia, Intellectual Disabilities, and Functional Neurological Disorder. These experiences have shaped a deep understanding of complex needs, communication styles, and the importance of truly individualised care.

I’ve been fortunate to work with mentors who not only taught me the complexities of the NDIS and meaningful support, but also shaped who I am beyond the job. Their guidance instilled values of integrity, compassion, and service, and gave me the confidence and opportunity to grow into senior and leadership roles — shaping the leader I strive to be at Focus Ability Group.
Through the years, I came to understand something deeply: the true heartbeat of any service or program lies in the frontline staff — the people delivering that one-on-one care. And I’ve seen the toll it takes when those very people are undervalued, underpaid, and unsupported. The quality of support suffers, and the people we serve feel the impact. That’s why I created Focus Ability Group — to break that cycle. To honour the people doing the work, and to deliver the kind of service I wish every family could access.
