Community Living
Our Community Living program provides a range of opportunities for people to live in their own home and lead the life they want – in the way they want.
We work in close consultation with you and your family to find the supported accommodation option to suit your needs and preferences. Options include Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Individual Living support.

Whether you are looking to connect with your community, build confidence, learn new skills to increase your independence or want to do something because it’s fun – Our Community Options team listens to you to learn about the things you would like to do, then we support you to make it happen.
